Subdivision – Millthorpe, NSW
This project is for service infrastructure works for a four (4) lot subdivision inclusive of power, sewer and water. The work also includes two (2) off vehicle access points upon the property and associated stormwater reticulation works.
These works commenced in mid-November 2019, and the subdivision infrastructure and associated works are scheduled for completion by late February.
Enquires into land sales and potential land and house packages will be available from mid-March.
Architectural Drafting
Drafting works currently being undertaken include 2 off four (4) bedroom and 1 off three (3) bedroom custom design residences.
